This policy explains how Adepoco, a California corporation ("Adepoco", "we", "us"), handles information collected through the ClearRun website at clearrun.net and the hosted ClearRun API at api.clearrun.net (together, the "Service").

Information we collect

• Early access and contact details. When you join the waitlist or email us, we receive your name, email address, and anything you choose to tell us, such as your use case. Waitlist form submissions are received through Formspree.
• Account and billing details. If you sign up for the hosted API, we keep your account email, workspace, and API key records. Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store full card numbers.
• API content. Requests you send to the API, the answers and reasoning you submit for scoring, and the resulting signed and receipted verdicts.
• Technical data. IP address, browser or client details, timestamps, and request logs used for security, abuse prevention, rate limiting, and debugging.

How we use information

• To provide, operate, secure, and improve the Service.
• To produce verdicts, receipts, and audit records you request.
• To bill for paid use and to contact you about your account, early access, or service changes.
• To comply with law and enforce our Terms of Service.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use your API content to train AI models.

Storage and security

API requests and verdict receipts are stored encrypted. Receipt records are kept append-only so they can serve as an audit trail. No system is perfectly secure, but we use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information.

Service providers

We share information only with providers that help us run the Service, under their own privacy and security terms:

• Cloudflare and Vercel for hosting, content delivery, and security.
• Stripe for payment processing.
• Resend for transactional and alert email.
• Formspree for waitlist form submissions.

We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect rights and safety, or as part of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.

Retention

We keep information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service, keep audit records you rely on, meet legal and accounting obligations, and resolve disputes. You can ask us to delete your account information, subject to those obligations.

Your choices and rights

You can ask to access, correct, or delete your personal information, or opt out of non-essential email, by writing to [email protected]. California residents have rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act, including the right to know, delete, and correct personal information and to not be discriminated against for using those rights. We will not discriminate against you for making a request.

Children

The Service is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.

Changes

We may update this policy. When we do, we will change the date above and, for material changes, give reasonable notice.
